Use pendings for concrete work that needs to be finished and closed.

Yours or Bremda's

A pending can be yours, or it can be delegated to Bremda as an assignment. In both cases, it exists to reach a clear closure.

Outputs over process

When Bremda owns a pending, you should see the output, not every internal step she used to get there.

How to use it

  1. Start with a verb: review, buy, send, research.
  2. Delegate when Bremda can produce the output alone.
  3. Close it when the outcome is done.
