Everything in Bremda fits into one of four places. Pick the place by weight, not by format.

Choose by consequence

A responsibility has consequences for other people. A pending is something that must be closed. A pulse keeps watching. A reminder only nudges you.

Do not over-classify

If you are unsure, start lighter. A reminder can become a pending, and a pending can become a responsibility when the impact grows.

How to use it

  1. Ask what happens if this slips.
  2. Use the lightest place that still keeps the truth visible.
  3. Let Bremda suggest the place when you capture by chat.
